Hi joined the site yesterday under my profile mistresslolly. Unfortunately no one can see my profile and when people have tried to open it it states 'account dosent exist'.

Does anyone know how to get around this as currently i have had no people looking at my account which is very frustrating.

Go to the home page and make sure your account is not hidden. If it is click on the my profile button and click on the unhide button.

Yes ive done that , still no joy.

My sub partner uses this site and he has no problems.

Are you sure you made a profile on the other side? I would contact support guys via CM mail and ask them.

how do i contact them, defo got a profile as my partner can see it when he logs in as himself but when he click on the pic it says profile dosent exist.

im sooo confused.

Go to the home page, then click on the read mail, scroll all the way down the page to the bottom, you will see several links including one for support. Good luck.

Actually, having just reviewed your photo, I don't much care about your ability to show your profile....I simply want to tell you.....you're the only woman I ever truly loved.

And I mean that in the most online way.

Unfortunately you aren't the only one. There have been a couple of other threads lately started by people with this problem. Since support here is vastly overworked, it tends to fix glitches like this very slowly.

But honestly, make a new profile would be easier. No guarantee it won't suffer from the same glitch but the odds are in your favor.

I think it means you don't really exist. Sorry to be the one to break that to you, but better you find out now than when  you try to rent an apartment or apply for a credit card or something.

And it's a shame, really, because judging from the picture it appears you would have been quite pretty.

If only you'd really existed, that is.
