Okay!!! I had a wonderful experience at the Wet Spot lastnight. It was the very first time that I have ever been to a BDSM Club. I have been to the Church in Dallas... but this is much different. My Dragon had me in my collar and on my leash, I did not go anywhere without the leash. My Master and I did not play last night... he was wanting to check out the people and the energy before we played there (This is normal right?). But at the end of the evening he did spank me OTK. It wasnt a long spanking... but I knew my place. It was sooo very wonderful. I cant wait to go back...I think that we will play next time. It is normal for me to be so very exicted about beinging used in public? This is not something that I have ever done or I thought that I would want. But here I am wanting it.... 1st Girl Phoenix

It's not normal for you otherwise you wouldn't be feeling so overwhelmed by it. That doesn't mean it's not wrong- just that it's new and surprising. ENjoy- that's what exploration and new experiences are all about.

From my own past experiences, i'd say it was pretty normal to be excited about going again and about being used in pubic if you enjoyed it, but that's just me. i haven't played in a club in a long time, but i remember how nervous i was, and how excited. Since i had no idea what would happen before hand (we'd left it kind of open ended before going, to go with whatever felt right to us), i was surprised at how giddy i was , and how happy it made me to please my partner. It's not something i could do with just anyone, or just at a place i didn't know well enough to feel safe, but if all of those things were in place, i'd be over the moon at going back. OTH, if your experience had been a bad one, then you'd probably feel differently about going back. As usual...YMMV jimini

My first Dom wanted to take me to The Wet Spot, he was a member, but it never worked out for us. Unfortunately Hubby has no interest in it. I'm glad you enjoyed it so much.[:)]

I have never been but really really want to go. May be able to go....have mentioned it to my Dom, but He hasnt said yes or no....so hoping.

We go to a club here in Nashville, called The Mark. We have a lot of fun and usually play. I absolutely love it. It's like Disneyland for me.

I had a chance to go to the Wet Spot last spring, and it was a great experience. (Spent a long time in the cage being petted and teased. LOL) The people were nice, they made an effort to give us a thorough orientation, and made sure we felt comfy. They also informed us that since we were from out of town we should consider emailing them about spending the night there, for a very, very, minimal fee, to save money on a hotel. Loved the free snacks, too! Can't wait to go again...soon, I hope. Cin

Ha ha ha - sorry. Just find that a funny word in relation to this lifestyle. What's normal to me is who i am and what i need and crave and want to give. That is my standard of normal. Learning to accept me on a deeper and deeper level is what's normal for me. It's not always comfortable because i've learned to judge myself, but am learning to embrace myself now rather than judge. Enjoy yourself and don't worry.
