I have a frenum high (and a frenum very low on my penis) and a guiche, rather than a Prince Albert and a guiche. I like the idea of a Prince Albert but will never get one because I don't like the idea of urinating in two different directions at the same time. You could even have a third piercing at the base of your penis/top of your scrotum to be part of this chastity system. Have them pierce you with the largest needle they have. Usually it is a #6. It is easier to pierce it as big as possible than trying to stretch it later. The piercers suggest waiting a few months before stretching the piercing (they can be sued so they must be cautious), but I have found that stretching the piercing two or so days after the piercing was the easiest way to do this. My last frenum was pierced as a #6 on Monday, and I stretched it two sizes two days later to a #2. It takes a LONG time for piercings to heal, so don't expect to take out the original jewelry for at least several months. Be patient with the healing.
Also, you can pick up small luggage locks to use with a short length of chain between them for your chastity device. Your Mistress can adjust the chain to allow or disallow erections as She sees fit. If the shackle of the luggage padlock is thin and hurts, pick up a section of 3/8" tubing and put it on the clasp. You may have to stretch your piercings to a #4 or #2 to fit, but genital piercings should always be big, not some wimpy, small piercing you would use for your ears. I would show you pictures of mine, but it is just too much hassle.
Make sure you maintain the locks BEFORE (and possibly after) showering with oil or something or you may be chaste FOREVER. Have fun!
