The "cam" thing aside... as I understand the psychology behind it, the hole-stretching thing (both cunt and ass) is often part of an objectification/dehumanization/degradation thing, whereby it reduces the slave from a person to little more than a piece of meat... a hole... an object for use...and nothing more. I think it's sexy as hell, but the woman definitely has to be able to relax and get into it.
