Hello everyone, I seem to have a rather unique fetish in the sense that it does not seem to be as popular as others. I am wondering if there are any Mistress' here who have logng sculpted nails and of course who are in search of a real life servant? Humbly, UNCF

What exactly is the fetish? Do you keep the long nails to severely limit your dexterity and to require a slave to perform all those manual tasks?

I wouldn't say it's that uncommon. There are a lot of males out there who prefer long nails. Personally, I prefer to keep Mine long anyway just because of the fact that I like to use them for the sensation on the skin. Especially on the back for that 'shiver' sensation. Also love to use them on any kind of tender areas that are the result of play. Welts in particular. Nothing like a little extra digging in using My nails. Long nails are great for scratching during primal play, too. All of the above written with true appreciation for My nail tech, who has a great shop!

I'm a bit ambivalent over long nails (ever since an ex who loved them). They look elegant, but I can never stop wondering at how they must get in the way of doing lots of things. A bit like stilettos - great to look at, but I hate seeing women developing those wincing, grit-jawed faces after trying to walk in them for more than a hundred yards.

The only problem that I have with them is opening cans of soda. I just get bottles of diet pepsi instead. There's seriously a way around darn near anything that someone can think up. Edited because there really is a difference between away and a way. (I'm such a twit sometimes. LOL.)

My nails are as long as they're ever going to get. Maybe an 1/8 of an inch long. Any longer and they DO get in the way, and often break and tear into the meat when I'm doing something really important. I tried getting fake nails, but that didn't last more than a week. I'm simply too hard on my hands.

I keep mine around a quarter inch or so. More than that, and I have problems. I love to cook and do various hand sewing things and those do seem to go better with shorter nails. However, I keep them long enough to scratch with. Of course.

MUCH easier keeping nails when anal training/play is not a regular feature on daily/weekly menu so to speak. Longer or very long nails limit and slow down many of the most basic activities and when you are doing activities daily they tend to become a bother and honestly, a pain in the kabooose.

My nails are always somewhere between 1/8 inch and 1/4 inch long. Years ago I used to have sculpted tips and them done regularly. Then twice in a relatively short time I accidentally had one ripped off. Agony agony agony, cursing and wanting to hurt someone else really badly.........no more long nails for me. Aside from the scars, I have decent looking hands with long fingers. I don't need artificial enhancement.

The only problem that I have with them is opening cans of soda. Can you roll a fist properly with long nails? What about scratching your ears? Or picking your nose? (Please don't answer with the usual "What do you think subs are for?" There are limits of decency, even on this forum.)

If you are sticking your fingers into other people's orifices (or your own, for that matter) really long nails can be an issue. I type a lot (technical writer) and while I do have sculpted nails I wear 'em pretty short. I like the sculpted ones because my natural nails are about as flimsy as milkbottle plastic and I used to catch them and rip them off painfully. The short sculpted nails usually don't do that, but if you accidentally tear one off, as La Tigresse said, OW OW OW. My Lady works as a materials scientist and gets her hands into solvent at work a lot, so she doesn't have sculpted nails. She enjoys the pampering of a full service pedicure though. The true sadistic streak - she made this Aggie paint her toenails UT orange last time, since she's a huge Longhorns fan!
