I think you might be right Aneirin, but I also dont think it can be taken for read; the whole Iraq thing was not supported by the majority of the EU and in fact they were rather taken aback by the resulting suggestions and inferences about them because they were against.

Meanwhile the war crimes court that sits in the Hague, and individual prosecutors in any EU state might yet file charges based on what comes out in testimony, and there are clear duties to extradite in that event that will be difficult to resist, if not catastrophic to the future of the UK in the EU if they were resisted.

In fact I think on these bases it could be anything up to 50/50 whether Mr Blair and Co are charged, depending on the testimonies provided. The odds increase should the UK not "play ball" with the agenda set by the Franco-German axis and its allies as to the future of the EU - forcing whatever government in the UK to make a difficult decision indeed, unless by some stroke of luck its a Lib Dem government in which case the decision wont be as difficult perhaps except in terms of possible public backlash in the UK.

Wouldn't that be a welcome change, a lib dem government, got to get something different from the usual purple. Maybe this country might actually move forward instead of constantly chasing it's tail.

But Blair, Bush's poodle, it seems many are out to get him, as for instance he being favoured for the first president of Europe, there was an outcry against that, no one wanted it, for they could see the man was a megalomaniac and guilty of many crimes for his self importance.

It certainly would Aneirin - but remember, no matter how many people prefer their ideas over the others', its a wasted vote LOL!

The Lib Dems have by far the best ideas around right now and have been shown right on Iraq, the financial collapse, the Gurkhas etc; the two things against them is the British public thinking theyre a wasted vote and their stance on the EU which will receive much attention should they start gaining serious pre-election ground.

Voting for the purple is a wasted vote, as all one will get, is the same, and it is clear the same is not the change many of us seek.

A start would be the country waking up to the fact that those that ruled us in the past, still do so and continue to do so, they have simply moved from land owners to company owners, they are still manipulating us for their aims. Wherever I read on the forums I visit, it is noticeable, people who post are starting to realise just what the problem is, the government in power is irrelevant, as those that control ,control governments too, the old money. The internet, is proving to be a voice of the never before heard individual, and a route into the real mechanics of world rule. My wonders are, when the powerful realise this, will they take steps to crush the internet.
