Actually, the line is "Inform the commander that Lord Vaders shuttle has arrived". It is from Star Wars episode VI, Return of the Jedi. Try this line, "This weapon is your life."

It's from Living In Oblivion, Carrie. Hilarious film. You should check that one out sometime if you've not seen it.
