Amen to that, SC. That's my point exactly. I'm not going to waste weeks talkign to someone without finding out if they are relocatable. If they can't relocate, then it's best to get that bit of information out in the open as soon as possible.

Therefore I check them out fast by now and if it scares them off, then good for me as after all it safes my time. Now it is rare that someone achieves to waste my time, thank goodness [8\|]
