Oh the hopes of Spring were at my finger tips. Just last week I was walking to class in a spring jacket as the birds were chirping away. THEN today I wake up to find 12 inches of fresh snow everywhere? Like the clouds had explosive diarrhea and covered my world in a it’s white filth. Oh it’s made me sad. Not only that but the plow plowed my car in so there was snow up to my driver side window. Will spring never come?

It's been in the 70's for a couple of weeks now.....but a cold front came through today, it's only supposed to be in the 60's tommorow.

Celeste: I didn't even realize we lived so close. I go to the UofM :)

Gauge: Let's hope you don't get over 10 inches like we did.

Level: Although I'm jealous at the moment I'll be sure to rub in our weather when you are seating your ass off in July :)

Level,

Yesterday, it got up to 92 degrees where I live in Texas. Too hot for March!

mmmmmmmmmmmm ok so you have to stay indoors and PLAYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!

I don't see the downside there! You know some girls like 12 inches *w*

krikket -> RE: Crushed (3/13/2006 5:55:48 PM)

While the weather here has been delightful for the past 4-5 days with spring flowers popping out all over the place, i understand that the "shitty weather" (quotes my eldest of 2 who live in MN) you now have is headed our way. :(

Wonder what i'd have to pay someone to keep the cold and snow up where it belongs..lol.

Cheers
jimini

Spring has been here in TX since Febuary. Summer is now approaching. We've been under State Wide Burn Ban since December. All I wanted this year was a little snow to have a snow ball fight with.

windy135 -> RE: Crushed (3/13/2006 8:23:00 PM)

FangsNfeet- there is plenty of snow here. Feel free to get your snow ball snow from the remainder of the stuff surrounding my car :) thanks

Trying really hard to feel sorry for you. . . but yesterday dealt with tornados. . . yep those come with spring. . . had windows blown off my house. . . there are trees down every where. . . and people died.

I will take the snow. . . NO more tornados.

What do you expect, I live in Kansas.

If you come visit, you can sit in the basement with me while the sirens go off. . . oh and there will be the puddin-heads(labs) and the kitties also.

But you will always have a place in my basement.

Best,

LaMalinche

Spring can not come soon enough. It has not snowed here for a couple of weeks, but still, I am sick to death of snow. I do not care if I ever see another flake.

Hurry up spring... [:)]

We had Spring all night last night. Some of the loudest thunderstorms I've heard in a LONG time! And today the wind was simply insane, and still is! Tomorrow, though, we're back down to 37 degrees, and they're saying snow tomorrow and this weekend. Weather in the Midwest is ALL messed up!

windy135 -> RE: Crushed (3/13/2006 9:16:54 PM)

Evanesce .. yes my sister lives in IL hour south of Kankekee (pardon spelling) and she said springfield had a huge storm tornado.. left her without power and cable for a bit..
