KoM,

I don't know of any - but will ask a friend who used to live there. Also, take warm/weatherproof clothing...probably chilly so early in the year!

and as far as the weather... yes I was there in the month of January several years ago.... Warm clothes is a most... *G* of course kyra coming from florida will need more than warm clothes to stay warm *G*

Oh My!

Kyra will need a ski suit I suspect, complete with face mask...but it is so lovely, definately worth it!

I can't remember the name of it, but it's in the Skylon Tower on the Canadian side. The restaurant's pricey, but it rotates a full 360 degrees, and offers a spectacular view of the lights on the falls at night. I highly recommend it. Master and I were there a couple years ago, and will definitely make a return trip in the future.

Here's a link: Skylon Tower

Edited to add link - see the Revolving Dining Room section.

Yes, I sure can. The Table Rock restaurant, right on the edge of the Falls, is fantastic. Pricey, but very well worth it. We had an excellent dinner there. The one in the Skylon is supposed to be good as well, but we did not get the opportunity to make it there. It is very pricey though. I saw the menu.

Isn't Table Rock on the US side?

No, Canadian. Right at the edge. You walk out the door and about 50 feet and you are right at the edge of the Falls, at the farthest point from the US border.

I went to college in Niagara Falls...but eating wasn't a priority back then. I did work at the Red Jacket Inn on the American side...just above the falls. It's a hotel but they have a really nice restaurant with reasonable prices. Or at least DID many moons ago.

Have a great time!
