A blonde walks into a household appliance shop and starts looking around at the merchandise. The proprietor approaches and asks if he can help her...
"How much is this tv set?" she asks.
"I don't sell to blondes", says the proprietor.
"What do you mean, I am offering to buy this tv set and you refuse me?" she says indignantly.
"Yes maam, your money is no good here...please, leave my store."
The blonde spins around and leaves in a huff. On her way home she cooks up a plan, puts on a brunett wig changes her clothes, makeup and returns to the store.
She walks in nonchalantly, faces the owner and says, "Ahem, sir, yes I would like to buy that tv set."
The proprietor sticks his nose up in the air, "I told you madam that I don't sell to blondes."
The blonde stamps her feet. "How did you know it was me?!"
"Well", says the proprietor, "first of all what you want to buy is not a..tv set..it is a microwave."
Why did Helen Keller fire her maid?
Because she left the plunger stuck in the toilet...
