5.2.3. In order to further Our zero-tolerance policy, You agree to report any images which You have reason to believe depict minors on Our Website by clicking the 'Support' link at the bottom of this page.

I do not believe this profile photo is an attempt by the poster to engage in paedophilia, but when one reads of such things like the recent case of the woman selling her own child as a sex slave who knows. We have all complained about the unscrupulous here on CM, the fakes, the wanna be's...how do we really know the intent of this person? TOS doesn't allow for openly discussing "ummmm's" here; why should it allow the posting of a photos of an infant?

Would any of you seriously want to be dominated by a man who's judgement is so seriously impaired that he posts a photo of an INFANT on a BDSM website?

While I haven't seen anything like the OP has seen here on CM I have in fact turned in a so-called dominant's profile photo to administration because the man's primary profile photo is one of him holding an INFANT in his arms. I find the photo distasteful and without a place in any BDSM website.

Unfortunately, I checked to see if CM's administration had done anything about that profile yesterday (thinking the update CM performed might handle it) but found the profile still displaying the photo.

You don't describe the context of the photograph. Perhaps it is indeed distasteful. You seem to be suggesting that the mere presence of an infant, even in an ordinary family picture type setting, is distasteful. That seems a very curious attitude. Some people with listings on CM are parents. It may be important to them that their profile reflect the importance of their children in their lives. I can't think why anyone would find that objectionable.
Perhaps because it is suggestive that the child is included in the kink?

Personally, i would have a serious issue with any parent posting a picture of their child in a profile. There is absolutely no reason for it.

vixenkneels -> RE: ok or there no rules in collerme.com any more? (12/2/2009 7:55:07 AM)

Thank you sirsholly. I am NOT belittling all the parents here on CM in the least. Most of them love their children enough not to post photos of them on BDSM websites. The subject matter of the photo was not distasteful in the least...a man holding an INFANT in his arms. It's not the poses in the photo that offend me; it's the concept of displaying a child under the age of 18 on a website like this.

I'm not suggesting the profile be deleted; I'm suggesting the photo be deleted and the profile holder be informed of CM's AUP/TOS.

mnottertail -> RE: ok or there no rules in collerme.com any more? (12/2/2009 7:59:20 AM)

I just think based on all the little rodshiners pounding their pud to anything and everything on this site, I wouldn't want them in camera.

Just YuckFuckinO!!!!!

Again, I find it difficult to comprehend what is objectionable. Honi soit qui mal y pense. If anything, it seems to me very healthy that people on sites like this should present themselves as well-rounded persons, as family members, members of a community, people who engage in normal activities.

To me, it seems a bit of a stretch to interpret CM's Terms of Service as prohibiting any incidental, secondary representation of minors, even in the most innocuous settings. Of course, that's not my choice to make, or yours. If CM management choose to take that position, I'd find it bizarre, but it wouldn't bother me. That's their prerogative. I don't see this as a major issue one way or another. No one is going to stop using this site because she saw a picture of a guy holding his kid. People will stop using this site if they begin to think it's mostly scammers, spammers and commercial listings.

I find it distasteful to put ANY photo that display ANY person not affiliated with that profile, on said profile.

Regarding children and CM: from what I have seen posted on here, by Mod11, if I remember correctly, you can indeed speak about children. I would guess that does not include sexual talk.

Im not sure which profile you are talking about, so please first use the REPORTPHOTO button. What may have happened is the user put it back up after removal. If it is back up after that, and you have hit the report photo button l, in this particular case, (dont everyone start sending me these please, use support!! :O ) please cmail me the user.

littlewonder -> RE: ok or there no rules in collerme.com any more? (12/13/2009 8:05:39 PM)

It's distasteful because people come on sites like this and anywhere on the net to be honest to jerk off to pics of minors. Would you really want pics of your child online for others to fuck to?

I wouldn't even want my child's pics posted anywhere on the net at all because of that possibility.

I also find it distasteful to post pics of anyone at all in your profile who is an adult and has not consented to be in your photo on here.  They never agreed to be part of your kink.

You can still show others you are a well rounded family oriented individual without such pics. Tell it in your profile...that IS what it is there for.

I just came across a profile with a child in the photo.  When I clicked report this profile, there wasn't an option for this freaky old geezer has a little boy in his photo, and is asking for very young women, the younger the better...so just tell me how to report it and I will.

Or one has probably seen this already.

Unflattering analogy - I'm in trouble.

VideoAdminAlpha -> RE: ok or there no rules in collerme.com any more? (2/2/2010 7:43:37 PM)

Click report photo and you dont need a reason. It will be reviewed very shortly.

Edited to add: Pictures like this are against TOS and need to be reported. Pictures are not manually reviewed anymore before submittal, it is up to the users to report those they feel are against TOS. TOS has changed somewhat but that photo sounds like it is still not acceptable,

There is a local POC who has his erect part photgraphed next to a half-gallon milk carton, for scale one presumes.

So, which one is larger?
