What browsers have you tried?
The chatrooms operate on a platform called Internet Relay Chat. You can download a separate program which will connect to IRC without going thru a browser. Xchat is one such program and is free and small. Once you have it installed, and have read the guide on their website, connect to the server www.collarme.com and type the command [/list] (without the square brackets), or go to menu option "Server" - "List of Channels" - "Download list". You'll then see all the CM chatrooms. Simply join and chatter away [:)]
