I'd be interested to know whwre he's going to find a million troops as well: he hasn't even scrounged up 35,000 for Afghanistan yet.

Um, yeah.  A website I've never heard of having access to high level Russian sources.  Suuuuure.

Addition:  it seems like the premise of the entire article is that the deficit's extent is somehow going to trigger civil war.  Not now with the deficit so high, but inexplicably the anger over it will simmer until winter, and then  erupt.

Status: offline 		Look, I am always up for a good gov't conspiracy theory or even blatant evidence of one in action, but this isn't one of them. The moment you look at the source, it becomes clear there is a far more serious agenda on the side of those "exposing" this than there is on the government side for a change. When this is coming from some of the indy sources out there that do not have such ties as these, then it become a much more legitimate threat. And, 1,000,000 troops??? I guess we'd be pulling out of ALL worldwide posts, calling up reserves, doing forced reenlistings, drafts, and forcing people out of military retirement to even begin to crack that number. That is the moment of clarity right there. That number is not even attainable. Now the world bank and tainted "immunizations" etc, you got me on some of those, though not all. The real concerns are things that have spanned many administrations and have enjoyed bipartisan support.

Rush calling for Obama to be "detained".

A currency devaluation is certain.

Obama is bushes 3rd term.

Regardless of if someone likes or dislikes blacks- people get mad when their lifes work is for nothing.   See currency devaluation.  Has anyone here experienced one? 

Do you even think the power will remain on?

What about 1 million people living in camp grounds with in 100 miles of LA.

Yup- the idea of a revolt is so far fetched.

I think there will be trouble-- but not that soon.  I think we are a few years away from it.

1/2 of the nations 8200 banks are insolvent.  The FDIC is being deleted next year.

yup=-  people are going to be back to work shortly and all will be fine.  throw in global carbon tax and health care reform and things are peachy.

For all the "great ideals" that were "won", people's lives were in even more ruins than ever because they woke up one morning and everything they had managed to scrimp and save over a lifetime now couldn't buy them a soda. People suicided. Families broke up. They didn't revolt.

None of what you stated sound much off the beaten path of the usual political banter. I'd be more concerned of revolution if it was being whispered in the hallways and street corners by the discontented masses than someone claiming the government is planning for one. Revolution doesn't come from the government down. It comes from the grass roots. Otherwise, it is government manipulation of the people leading to furtherance of its own agenda, not the kind of revolution that produces change. Do you really want to be a puppet of the government here OP? I didn't think so. (said somewhat tongue in cheek but not entirely)

That film is total fiction!  No one in their right mind would ever consider the content in it.    The sequal is even more compelling- "fall of the Republic"    (lol- ;-0)


Alrright- I got a reply on another board- they posted it would be more up an uprising AGAINST the federal government.  Not a war between states.

No matter how you slice it--  we are going to see protests- and likely riots.   So "unrest".   I think we have maybe 2 years before it gets "crazy".   All of todays policy will take some odd months to show up in the real economy.

My brother says I am obsessed.  Of course I am- concerned with my lifes work. 

Stack silver.    Silver and gold.  It is not too late to do so.   Because a devaluation of the dollar is 100% certain. And that is not a conspiracy, it is mathematics.  So be prepared.

Yes, there will be obvious backlash from the stupidity that has been going on for some time. The big stuff isn't quite as obvious though and is FAR more important. These things you mentioned will cause "flubs" like the Great Depression or the 1970's stagflation situation, but those all recovered eventually. The not so mutually beneficial relationships our government has formed with various world leaders, industries, and more concern me to a much higher degree, but THOSE things are just nutty works of fiction.

Do you know why Russia was taken down?    The refused to go along with a central bank.  Today they are in much better shape.    I agree that it comes from the grass roots up.  But do you really think the masses now support troops in Iraq and Aphganistan, and now drones in Pakistan?    Obama ran on change- the troops were coming home right away.

Did you see the effects of a currency devaluation?   How would you prepare.  You were front and center- and surely there is wisdom you can pass along to us.

We have not seen the full effects of the collapse.   It is still deleveraging and unwinding.

You should meet my grandmother.  She did fine during the depression. 

Consider U6 unemployment.   They extend benefits a few times now.  But do you think Americans will act any differently when we experience a full depression?

Yes- there are some that will be- oh yeah- I guess we must cut back.  But there will be others who wont be so timid.

Not that I am one to riot.  But I view many in this country that will- especially with violence so prevalent in the movies.

But don't you think Americans are smug and un-hip as to what a currency devaluation actually means?

Status: offline 		I live near a major air force base. We know about wars before they are announced simply because of the increased helicopter traffic. Plus increased security at West Point. None of that is happening. I could get onto the Point tomorrow to look at the museum, go to the concert this weekend, etc.

My friends who work at the base aren't being sent on secret missions and when there's war that does happen.

And a white supremacist source is not a reputable one.

The military often is briefed first of course.

I found this link on youtube.    I am not aware that it is a white supremacist group.  Such groups do not like gays, of which I am gay.

The most accurate expert if Bob Chapman. I have not heard any of this from him yet.  And maybe I wont.  Chapman does say however the a currency devaluation is certain.

Status: offline 		For slow devaluation, extremely conservative investing and stuffing the mattress is about all there is. Investing in surging foreign currency works well. The family I was staying with in Belarus followed my advice to hang on to the dollars I gave them to assist with my stay until things got even worse and then cash them in. While others were starving to death, they were surviving at least. Granted that was a little money compared to what was needed for long term economic recovery. And, btw, economic recovery is FAR from a reality in Russia and its former republics. Biased journalism praising the government is still very active. If you don't believe American media, don't even begin to buy into anything being made public out of other countries. Just sayin.

For sudden devaluation such as happened in the 1990's with the fall of the Soviet Union. There really is not much to be done. No one can predict how steep the plummet will be or how quickly it will go there. Again, harder, more stable forms of currency are most effective as well as simply having barterable goods and services.

Do I think Americans don't have a clue what it means for their money to become worthless? Of course I do. America hasn't really dealt with being poor on a global scale, just in our own eyes at time. I don't foresee a fall that extreme now either. It wouldn't benefit the overall bigger picture the global community has been putting together for over a century. You will note that I did mention the world banking system. I will also mention the global health organizations that are becoming highly intrusive upon nations' sovreignty as well. The best thing I could ever advise is to play nice, but keep to ourselves mostly as a nation. Deal carefully and not be dependent on other world leaders to maintain our way of life. I'm afraid it is far too late for that now and was before I was ever born, but reversing the tide can occur. It's not going to be easy, however. Change always comes at a price. Americans, like anyone else, will only pay it once they know it is worth it.
