Master and I made our first movie over the weekend. I loooove it, love having it to watch when we are apart, as does He.  It was fun to do, and we just used His laptop.  I wonder though if anyone has any experience having someone else do the filming?  I would like it more if He could forget that aspect of things and just focus on what we're doing.  Don't get me wrong, He multitasks quite while but still!

Anyone have experience with this? Who did it? How did you find this person?  Was it comfortable?  How did you make sure your recording stayed private, or did not not care?

Try a tripod first. You may or may not like the static angle but if removes the distraction of him having to double as cameraman. As far as retaining privacy if you have a third party camera person I don't see the problem. They show up, they operate the equipment and they leave. You retain the equipment and the media. Easy.

I have a former sub of mine, now happily married, fly in to do camera stuff.

I have always been the one doing the filming for friends when I was single. Now, it would create a bit of an uncomfortable environment for us but back then it was pretty simple. They provided the equipment, or they paid for the use of mine, and all footage was either left with their stuff, or was dumped onto their computer before I left and deleted after the transfer.  No issues with privacy and I never had an interest in keeping copies of any of the stuff

thanks for responding all, I have a digital camera and a tripod we can try out too, the audio won't be great though, which is a bit annoying.  I get from your responses basically you have to know someone, which unfortunately from my post on "ask a sub/slave" you will read did not go that well. :(  Oh well, we'll keep trying, hopefully someone will turn up that doesn't mind the show!
