ORIGINAL: LaTigresse I doubt everyone will consider it a blanket gender thing but I know for me there is an underlying difference. Over all I am pretty harsh in my judgments of others. I always have been. I have grown to see men as being, on average, the weaker gender. I pretty much expect men to make fools of themselves and they rarely let me down. There are a select few that impress me, but they do exist. I expect differently of women, especially dominant, M-type women and am saddened when I see different. This is based ONLY on my personal life experiences and MY feelings on the matter. However, if someone readily admits their own weaknesses I am almost always much more patient and gentle with them. For me, it is the blowhards, those that put themselves on some sort of uber whatever pedestal and expect people to defer to them when their weaknesses, proving otherwise, are glaring like blinding neon signs.......those are the people I have ZERO tolerance for. I do not suffer fools lightly. If a person professes, in some way, to BE uberwhatever, they damned well better be able to back it up or I will quickly disregard them as weak and foolish. I am not at all saying I am right, cool, or that my way is 'thee way'. Just explaining my point of view. edited because I realized I was contradicting myself....... Even though I'm a male, I have to agree with you on this. While I also believe that we males are usually stronger in more demonstrative/physical ways, the less noticeable and sublime power of the female will most often times lead/guide the man, family and home. At best, a submissive man can lay claim to "I'm the boss, because She lets me be"..lol.
