I'm experienced with markers, pencils, pens, and wood burning. While I'm still learning more mediums, I'm afraid I'm not experienced with the oil paints and molding of figurines. However, I did run accross an artist by the name of Jordan Greywolf. He does pen, ink, and figurines. He might be able to do the work you are looking for.
