Nah Lady Pact, you do not understand me. I did not mean for self absorbed subs wanting compliments. :P I meant as a place where women could tell me more than anything if there were things they did NOT like about someone's picture or would change. Oh well, it was just an interesting idea. :P

It's true, LP, I often write to people who come up on my home page, just to tell them that I like their picture! (domly ones, too)

Men must not get complimented very much, they are always inordinately pleased.

I tend to do the same. Of course, the ones who catch My eye always tend to live ridiculous distances away. LOL.

Funny, really. If a man writes to a woman, out of the blue, to say how great she looks - well, it's dfficult to do without feeling that you're coming across as a creep.

I get nice compliments all the time, and I always say thank you... to the NICE compliments. To the ones that are a trifle...off? I either ignore or SNARK. Funny, one guy got an utterly snarky response (to his suggestion of a sexual act) and he was ever so apologetic! So, snark can work.

"You look lovely" always works better though, just saying.
