in the days of the old sailing vessels, Guano or Animal droppings were used commonly as Fertilizer, However When dried Manure got wet (especially with salt water) it releases Methane Gas

this gas would fill a Ships Hold and BOOM the ships Blew up and sank

So the Guano was Marked to be shipped Loaded High in the hold to keep it as dry as Possible

Soon this Item became Known By the Markings on its Shipping bales or crates

Ship High In transit    S.H.I.T.

I recently explained that one to my son who was thankfully, horrified by it.
Since duress cannot include consent, it being an entirely differrent matter than what we normally discuss here.
