Hi.

Using devices can be really helpful so there's less room (hee hee) for mistakes. Tying the balls tight is ok but don't rupture the testicles inside. Tie around them. I've done cbt on guys and I'm careful not to turn them blue. One Mistress I play with and exchange subs with she loves pulling guys around by a clamp on their balls. She made a video of it and I think it makes some guys squirm seeing those clips.
