I even typed the same comment before I saw Mike had already posted it. If someone wants to parade their beliefs before me in a thread that has nothing to do with religion then they better be prepared to hear those who disagree. She said it was her favorite book this year. She didn't parade any beliefs around you. Kinda reminds me of the guy who thinks two men holding hands in public is shoving homosexuality down his throat.

Folks,it was just me looking for a laugh....if breatheasone enjoyed her Bible...and feels it fits the category....no skin off my nose.And no Rule,I didn't feel as if religion was being shoved down my throat, For my own purposes any book describing parting of the seas...and living in a whale is going in the fiction category...but thats me! Breatheasone feels different...hell,let me make a confession(pun intended) there are times I envy that sense of belief...it doesn't work for me...but perhaps,just perhaps I'm worse off for that!

I've read mostly non fiction for several years now. I've become totally fascinated with Mary Magdalene and have read a fair bit about her. Two unrelated books that I can remember the names of that I enjoyed are The Four Agreements and Mencius.
