But, what is criminal, surely the definition is open to interpretation and those in positions of power have their own definitions that the rest of us just have to live with, because they are in power and say what goes. That is the trouble with written law, it is worded in such a way, that it can mean anything to anyone and thats why we need the law professionals to fight our cause, as they are skilled in navigating such intricacies to suit a desired agenda. Law professionals in power create laws to keep their own in employment, and disempower the non law professional.
