The phrase "by name" is common. As is the protestation of how real they are. Also, an inability to differentiate between BDSM and kinky sex is common too, but I'm not sure if that is ignorance on the scammer's parts or cleverly aiming at the target market of men too dumb to know the difference.

..if you message someone trying to get them to come to YOUR country for some oddball combination of BDSM/marriage/goatherding.. ..if you can neither read, type, nor speak decent English. I am NOT prejudiced, not one bit, but for pity sake people, the site is English-based. If you can't grasp the written word any better than that, how did 1) you manage to navigate this site to get your sorry ass signed up, and 2) how do you expect to make any sort of an impression on all the Americans you're trying to bullshit? ..if your country of origin is the United States, but your city is someplace in Europe. Well in rl as they say it I have travelled quite a lot in Africa and Asia. Rule no. 1 is: When some drop dead gorgeous young chick tries to hit you up, do take a very firm grip on your wallet, else it is gone in a second[:)]
