i think your idea is brilliant.
But it has to be financed and worked, think about contributing to the site in some way and make it happen.
At
sklavenzentrale.com
they have over the years confronted with the same problem, developed a system that has the following categories.
Honest people decide with registration, that they want to have their profile registered as a PRO, the grey shadowed ones, wait till there money grabbing ways are reported to the moderators. After some reports and a to me unknown way of checking (mostly done by volunteers, who donate their time to the website) they get a red colored FI in bold letters to their profile name.
So people know, they were not honest from the start, but charge indeed in some way or the other.
The system has evolved over a period of 11 years and it is also a free site, who is called the german speaking S/M register of residents.
Non german speakers can register also.
The possibility to make it work is solely connected to the number of people who are able and willing to contribute. The diffrence is only the number of data not the system.
As it stands, i like both ways the "let me wade through data masses and find a diamond from time to time" and the very organised systems where i can search even for somebody living in the next street and having the matching hobbys and s/m interests.
