slvemike4u -> Sheriff Joe and his deputy (12/11/2009 12:35:51 PM)
|
Seems a deputy working nominally under the leadership of Sheriff Joe has wound up jailed, since released pending a hearing, for stealing or securing, depending on your point of veiw, papers from an defense attorneys desk. Sheriff Joe,to no ones suprise, has of course defende the actions of this court security deputy....seems he was looking for contraband(in the form of dangerous words contained therein) The deputy said four key words on the paperwork made him decide to take it and make copies. He said the words were 'going to,' 'steal' and 'money.' Doesn't doing so ,no matter the words contained ,violate attorney-client privilege ? When will Sheriff Joe be run out of office....he thumbs his nose at the Federal Gov. and now it appears his deputies feel they are above the law too and damm the rules. opinions?
