For those of us who have only have dogs, or dogs as well as cats, this is the post for you.  Post what your dog is doing at the moment, or even something especially funny/cute that they did today.

At the moment mine is perched on the ottoman staring me down as I type and eat a sandwich.

Murphy is sleeping the long sleep in a stunningly beautiful back corner of My aunt's landscaped backyard, under an old oak tree, near some wind chimes, flowering plants, a stone fawn, and in the company of many of the squirrels she liked to chase.

Naming it 'What is your pet doing' would save quite a few permutations.

Probably there should be this whole section devoted to people with foul smelling houses where there is an additional high risk of choking on fluff.

We have 5 dogs and 3 cats in this house. It's like having 8 two-year-old children. Right now they're all napping (thankfully).

I am happy to say that mine finally presented me with the squeaky toy that she loves after being kind of depressed and "not herself" for about 2 weeks.  She spent a few days with my sister and her parents and then a few in a kennel while I was away Thanksgiving week, and she hadn't wanted to play throw and fetch or anything like she used to for those 2 weeks.  It's good to see her back to normal again, I was a little worried.

This is why I never let a dog lick me.

This is pretty much off-topic, but here ya go anyway...
I was having a party when my female dog decided to hump my male dog...
They were kind of out of the way and I knew from experience it wouldn't last long, so I decided to just ignore it and hope none of the guests noticed them.... It was working too, until my then 5 year old saw them and shouted happily: "Looook!!! They're playing stack-the-dog!!!!"
Niiiiice.. real nice....
:o)

They are 50 miles away but I am quite certain that one is stretched out on the loveseat sleeping. The other is either wandering around looking for something she shouldn't have, to chew up, or more likely at this time, curled up in her blanket on the sofa, snoozing also.

The cat is sacked out in his room, the spare bedroom, my closet (all the same thing) sound asleep.

The horses are picking on one another, wandering around, watching the others in the hood, waiting until I get home so that they can eat again.

I dont have a dog, but my neighbor does.   Zeus is an American Bulldog.

He's a sweetheart!   Still a puppy, so lots of digging and chewing.   Currently,I think he's sleeping....
