ORIGINAL: RopePrincess To bad you are a sub and he is Dom. Getting up and getting some ice water to throw would bring him right out. I can think of about 8 katrillion answers to this question (none of which would be however, even remotely by the way "Getting up and getting some ice water to throw would bring him right out"). There's a variety of drugs that can help in this issue (most of which I've tried, having experienced similar issues...none, by the way, have worked well or had any lasting efficacy). Temperment is an issue, stress (obviously), serotonin (sp?) issues are another. I won't suggest the names of the drugs....every person is different. Some will make the person sleep through the night (too often comatose....sleeping well but never resolving the real issue), others will take you through all kinds of interesting dreams, but eventually leave you wanting. The real answer (at least for me) is/was finding the "structural" issues that are causing this dilemma. And then dealing with them.
