have you guys seen this? Its kind of neat. Someone actually found a good use for Autotune software!

Symphony of Science - 'Our Place in the Cosmos'

As a songwriter, I like how the person who made this video constructed a chorus  out of the sound bites. I post this in politics and religion section because it sums up the oxymoron of spiritual or gnostic Atheism that I embrace. It also asks the question "We who are so proud of our accomplishments, what is our place in the cosmic perspective of life?"

What a fun video!  Coincidence that the running time is 4:20?

It fits nicely for a casual Deist, as well.

Thanks for posting it.

Ain't that the truth!

It is kind of neat...although now Carl Sagan will forever sound like Kermit the Frog to me.

If memory serves, there was a version posted not long ago with Steven Hawking in it too...

This version is still awesome, and still makes me miss Carl Sagan like crazy!

For anyone else who's got 5 minutes and misses him too, here's a clip in which he talks cosmology, about our place in the universe... And doesn't sound quite so much like Kermit the frog...

Dang. Now I miss Jim Henson, too.
