I'm an insomniac, so when the morning actually begins is entirely relative....

but right now I'm:

-scanning though CM forums

-sipping a cup of tea

-remembering what I have to do today (brief shift at the refugee center, laundry, make something for pot luck tomorrow...I'm looking forward to volunteering and cooking, but I absolutely loathe laundry... find someone to watch my pets while I'm away for the holidays - and crap, I have to finish xmas shopping. I hate shopping.)

-figuring out what I want to do today (read more of the second Otherland book - unabashed geekdom - call my grandma, finish making these stuffed animals for the twins' xmas presents, finish drawing a small comic to make B laugh)

-waiting for B to text me so I can go curl up next to him and doze off for an hour, then wake him up with a blowjob and when I'm done - rather, when he's done with me - I'll make breakfast. I'm thinking omelets with sausage, red pepper, spinach, onion, and gorgonzola....

so, that's what I'm doing. Anyone else?

Woke early. Found that a high maintenance DID friend of mine is in crisis. She'd found a safe place to take her in for a couple of weeks in Pueblo but no way to get there... I told her no way could I drive her (I'd had her kept safe here for five days a few weeks back).

Grrrr.

back to sleep...
