Al Gore will only do interviews when those asking the questions agree with him. Let me know when he goes on FOX for his interview. He recently blew up when someone from (very liberal) Madison, Wi. asked him about the over population of polar bears.

Since you brought it up, tell us about this over-population of polar bears.

Should we send Sarah out with her rifle in a helicopter?

Anyone who doesn’t believe that Global warming isn’t real and is most defiantly accelerated by man is dissolutional as the right wing nut cases that pervert and distort the findings of creditable scientist taking their debating of findings out of context in their half witted attempt to pass them off as fact needs a reality check.
In science the debate and interpretation of data is part of the scientific process helping us to better understand the evidence gathered and is a necessary part of devolving a provable conclusion. The rule of thumb that I have been taught is that every question you answer should produce another question and so on, if not you’re going down a dead-end road and to need rethink your conclusions, if you’re following this tenant then you should welcome debate to better define your hypothesis finding and correcting any faults that may exist.
The e-mails taken were clearly taken out of context and manipulated to present conclusions that just aren’t there and never were to protect the oil and coal industrials incisive need for ever increasing profits and their long standing to hell with the environment attitude and complete control of the energy markets. For seemly intelligent people these right wingers are clueless to the damage being done to our planet take for instance Co2, few people know that it remains in the atmosphere for 200+ years before it breaks down. Now think about how long we have dumping this stuff into the atmosphere does anyone really believe it just goes away, please! Our biggest worry should be the desalination of our worlds oceans should this occur it could and most likely will divert and change the north Atlantic Conveyor thus changing warm water going to the northern latitudes away to the equator instead thus pushing us into an ice age perhaps not for us, but for our children and I think they deserve better from us.
As for Al Gore he has been bringing this issue to the fore front since the 70’s it’s only now that evidence is so over whelming that it can’t simply be ignored any longer but there those who want to very badly. Yes global warming of our planet does and has occurred over its history HOWEVER, this is the first time in its history where an outside influence, Man, has hastened this process at such alarming rates. As for Al Gore not being on Fixed News, who could blame him these people are clueless puppets of the ring wing, and not even a legitimate news organization in my opinion so no matter what he said would be twisted and turned into something unrecognizable and frankly I doubt these guys would know the truth even if ran over them, twice. LOL!
OK I’m off my soapbox, for now anyway. LOL!

Ok- the deal is this.

We have one hamburger left.

I admit- I will eat that hamburger.  That is realistic.   Popeye would eat that burger.   Both of us know we consume to live.

Now- those who are for onerous regulations- are saying-  "I will not eat the last burger".    And yet- when push comes to shove we all know anyone with a stomach will eventually eat that burger.

Not only are the warmers saying- they wont eat the burger- they via legal treaty are saying- no one else may eat the burger.
meanwhile people left and right hypoglycemic are fainting and in need of food.

Who was the more honest person?

2.  How much do you pay to run a household now.   and what will the new cost be?

3.  What is the absolute cheapest cost- that a poor person- or someone less then 10k a year- can run a household?

I don't want to sound like a language-nazi. I make plenty of grammar and spelling mistakes, I don't necessarily proofread my posts and I generally don't care about errors as long as we can all understand each other. However, I feel like I should say something because your last post was very difficult to understand.

1. Please use paragraphs.

2. Try to stay away from large words and overly complex sentences. Here's an example of the problem:

quote:

The double negative negates the negation, and therefore, resolves to a positive.
defiantly
In a rebellious manner "he rejected her words defiantly"; - rebelliously, contumaciously
dissolution
    1. Decomposition into fragments or parts; disintegration.
Spell check would have caught this.
So what you're actually saying is:
Anyone who does believe that Global warming is real and is most rebelliously accelerated by man is disintegrational...

PaHunk, why do you suppose it is that so many of the "believers" are so anal-retentive?

servantforuse -> RE: An inconvenient question for Algore (12/17/2009 12:40:42 PM)

There are more polar bears now than there ever were. It seems that they like 'climate change'. We might have to start hunting them to thin the growing herds..

Well- a simplistic thought process I suppose.

I worked at a gas station for 7 years.  This was in the 90s. If the price was too high- I was told about it often. If I had to close a pump down- it was a major inconvenience.  Some motorists- told me- our prices were "highway robbery".

This was 1997.   What was the price?    $1.31.

-----------------

Also when I go to stores and the college- the heat or air is full blast.  All of that built into the cost.

One weekend the toilets were stopped at the college.   By Monday- you should have seen the pig sty.  These uppidty ivory tower snobs- managed to shit up the college.
