Based on all the music we're talking about over in another thread, I thought it'd be interesting to see how we see ourselves. I have always felt like I was Connie in this music video. The video interprets the song differently than you would expect! I remember hearing the song and being kind of irritated and disgusted with it. I thought "that's not what love looks like between family!" , and then I saw the video and LOVED IT! What song is the one that you see YOU in? best, sunshine

Potty..oh my God...I watched that video and felt my face burning with embarrassment! I had the biggest crush on Donny when I was his age lol looking back on those days made this old gal blush! [:D] Holly, what a wonderful tribute to you! I have always enjoyed Eagle When She Flies..great song, awesome pics of Dolly! As for me, I have a couple songs. The first song is by Alison Krauss. When I was at the end of my marriage, this song fit me so much. The song that has always reminded my friends and family of me is by Fleetwood Mac. My own Velvet Underground was a store called Zody's in my town when I was a teenager. I don't really know if I have a "song"...but when I'm feeling blue, I just love "When it's Over" by Loverboy, and John Denver's live version of "Annie's other song"......I can set them to repeat and drive anyone else crazy...but I love to belt 'em both out.......when no one's listening that is........ And I will NEVER again sing while I'm at work.....I was alone, be-bopping to the music, and apparently, the mike on the radio was stuck open......the officers had a great time with that!!!!!!
