You can get some pretty good help for both physical and mental issues at the VA, these days. Start there.

have done so in need of better quality

Fella, if you go into a VA facility, you will get trained nurses and physicians and medications.  On collarme, you'll get people that like to spank, use singletails, and tie each other up.  I honestly think that if you want better care than at the VA, you're not going to find it here.

I have just sent you a list of some resources.
Please go through them.

If you feel as though the quality of your care has been inadequate, I am sure you can find someone who would be capable of helping you to remedy that.
If you are unable to find such a person, let me know and I will see if I can find some information on how to sccomplish that.

Sometimes it takes awhile to find the right kind of help and I know it is very frustrating.
The best thing to do is not give up...easier said than done.
Be polite but firm and keep asking to speak to that person's supervisor and then the same with the next one who says they are unable to help.
Also, if you are having mental health issues, have you considered going in patient at a VA hospital local to you?
You may get better continuity of care that way and social workers are often  able to set you up with the appropriate services before you leave.

Therapy via bondage sounds like such a bad idea. Enticing but bad...

If you are a disabled veteran then you should have full medical coverage at the VA hospitals. If there is an emergency you can go to the nearest civilian hospital emergency room under your disability insurance.

We can't prescibe drugs, even if some can it can't be done on a forum. We can't perform an operation remotely.

However when it comes to the psychological there might be some light at the end of the tunnel. Someone may have some insight. This is not a substitute for proper care, but you might walk in there with a better understanding of what ails you.

I think most 25 year olds are a bit mentally unbalanced, but this is usually not PTSD. Is it ?

Some study and some have been through it. But you don't give any specifics. Bear in mind, even though anyone can read this forum, you identity is safer than it is most places. As long as you don't tip your hand you can talk all you want about just about anything.

We might not be the best thing since the invention of electricity, but there are a couple of decent armchair psycholanalysts around.

So if you put out some details you might get more detailed responses than "go to the VA". However before doing so swap out your picture to not show the tattoos, they are a form of identification. Remove that and other personal information and you can rant about shitting the bed, dreaming of fucking fish or the day the spaceship came.
