But now both you and Steven have identified youselves as Doms here. So of course it's lovely to be flirted with by the opposite sex regardless of the side of the slash. I'm just saying that once I show up with my bamboo cane and 12" strap-on, the flirting usually stops ;-) (Note, but not always!!) I do agree that this is an excellent way for a boy to get a Lady's attention. I just mostly expect it from Elan, Peon, Sea, PoliteSub... the good, strong boys! - LA

LA, Steven is a real sweetheart. He is in real life, as you see him here. Quiet, confident and open to conversation, no matter who is doing the talking. What is really great about DS... is that he is often very much nicer than I can be to the trollish types and informative as well. I've taken a bit of his example to heart, but it doesn't stick... I just can't manage to actually do it with most troll types.

Yeah, but what's a dom? Serious question. Part of my ladyfriend's "job" is to top me on a regular basis. I think it's awesome. I chose dom for my profile, because that's where I'm at psychologically -- if I ever marry, my wife's career will be subordinate to mine, for example -- but in terms of kink, I have had sexual chemistry with women of very different tastes. I've definitely enjoyed your avatar-drawings. Again, I'm not speaking for anyone but myself, but I have enjoyed much more my time with dommes and switches than with "true" subs, even though my sexual history is mostly as a top.

I actually make about twice as much as my Lady does just due to the fields we are each in (technical writer vs. materials scientist). It all gets deposited into her checking account and she gives me an allowance. It would be ridiculous for me not to work to my full potential, because that salary benefits us both. Regardless of our kinks, we're a partnership, we have a farm and a mortgage and car payments and every penny counts.

Part of the reason we tried it out was that she had the resources to follow me anywhere in the world, without feeling a pinch. So I'm honestly not sure why you made your statement, unless you read something into it that I didn't intend.
