my favorite thing at Bob Evans is the Turkey and Spinach Omelet. Besides tasting great it has 47 grams of protein! (i'm still pushing protein for healing from surgery)

It was okay. Lizard slept most of the day, I was on the computer and Lizards' dad did the cooking. The man is a former chef and every time I come down here, I tend to gain weight from his cooking...LOL! Like I can resist his homemade dinner rolls...hehehe
