Status: offline 		At the risk of making some of my right-wing friends here cringe some good news for Democrats. Imagine if it had been a very good bill how much better Democrats and Obama would be doing in the polls.

Daily Kos: Good Polling News For Democrats

Support for the health care reform bill that Democrats are pushing through the Senate has risen six points since early December, according to a new national poll, and although a majority of Americans still oppose its passage, only four in ten agree with Senate Republicans that the bill is too liberal.

The CNN/Opinion Research Corporation survey, released Monday, also indicates that President Barack Obama's approval rating has experienced a similar six-point rise.

Going to the tangerine column on the abacus to cipher that bitch......

The whale is undoubtably the largest mammal alive today, they didn't even have to poll that astounding news, a perfunctory scan of any newspaper, hell even listening to the imbicile Limbaugh and they would have it calculated for them.

Sorry, not newsworthy to me.

Status: offline 		Let me tell you what the real strategy of the democrats is. They aren't the least bit concerned about poll numbers, since they know Americans have a short memory. The only thing they are concerned about is passing another amnesty for 15 million illegal aliens, destroying any enforcement what so ever, and allowing in another 50 million through chain migration that will receive amnesty as well and vote democratic.

They believe, and perhaps correctly, that they don't have to worry about 50 million American voters, since they will replace them with 50 million socialist voters.

Status: offline 		Funny how 56:42 against can be construed as "good news". also it is a CNN poll, which is all adults, whether registered or not. The increase in popularity is almost entirely among the young, who dont vote in midterm elections. This isnt anything near a good news indicator for the Dems for 2010.

On the other hand the concerns about Obama have 85% of registered Republicans saying they will vote in 2010. Unless those 50 million socialist immigrants are citizens by next November, the Dems will no longer control both houses, and may very well control neither.

Gallup has Obama up by another point to 51% for job approval.

Yes the polling was close but every slight improvement was evidence that McCain would prevail.

And you can use the search feature on here, if you are so inclined, to read the posts of those hailing McCain's impending victory.

Not surprisingly, Fox and Rasmussen were also optimistic:

Status: offline 		I'm not going to get into every single issue because it would be a very long answer but I will say quickly I believe a woman has a right to do what she wants with her body and if men were having babies it would be unacceptable to have anyone interfere with the decision.

Abortion has nothing to do with being conservative or liberal it has to do with men not minding their own bloody business.

If you want to regulate what women can and cant do my dear, you will need a HUMUNGOUS government system in place..and I know that is something that would give you a freakin heart attack.

Status: offline 		I don't know where this came from with you but all I can say is if the woman is pregnant having a baby she has an obligation to do no harm to the child so my answer would be: no, women don't have the right to do lines of coke when they are pregnant having a baby. But otherwise I would agree that they have the right to do what they want with their own bodies.
