I didn't even think to say in my first response that I've been layed off myself since February 8th. It's been a long hard year here like it has been for so many others. There are still no companies in my trade hiring (fire sprinklers), in fact more people are being layed off each week. I only hope I can qualify for another benefit extension since I have 2 weeks left.
