He sent me a necklace, and I sent him a book [:)]. We did so on the same day, yet the book took 4 days in the mail, and the necklace over 2 weeks. That built anticipation for me, but wasn't nice for him. Anyways, it arrived 'the day before Christmas', so it's all good.

I got exactly what I asked for. ETA: That is just way too cryptic. I asked for a very big and very meaningful (and very expensive) gift. I had to take a big deep breath to ask for it. The best part around this was that I was heard, my deep wish was considered. This was an amazing experience. Even if I'd been told no, didn't get it, it would have been quite a gift to have had such an experience. So, yes, I did get exactly what I asked for, but the asking was hard, and the being heard and my hopes considered were glorious. Happy Holidays.

Well, Master is visiting family, so I won't see Him until He comes home on Sunday. He gave me a few of my gifts before He left, a loaded Ipod, and the Cosmos video series which we have been watching together. That meant a lot to me, it's something I've loved since I was a child, and He's the first person in my life to care enough to get it for me. He is also giving me the fulfillment of my storyboard sexual fantasy that I made at His command, and I think He's getting me a hoodie from Harvard. He hasn't opened His gifts yet, but I got Him a lot, new jeans, shirts, a sweater, socks. I also got Him a William Blake book, and the Planet Earth dvd series, something else we can watch together. The remote controlled vibrating panties are on back order though! [:(] From my family I got a cruise to Belize and Mexico for the end of Feb, money for the trip, and a bunch of ugly clothes, but who can complain, given the first part!? My friends gave me gift certificates to Itunes, candles, body stuff from sephora, and cash. I should change my name here to spoiled princess, LOL. I am so glad others had a good Christmas! [:)]

Carol (the s-type) got a bandsaw... nice one too... really nice. I got nothing (from her) but I did order a new collar in the mail (which hasn't shown up yet). Honestly, Carol has already given herself to me. Anything else sort of pales in comparison. Christmas was a wonderful day. THe house was filled with the aromas of cooking food and close friends came over to celebrate with us. What more could I want?

He had thought about getting me a gps unit but I talked him into letting me try one first. We didn't like any of the cheaper models and didn't want to go up to $400 to get the features we prefer. So he's putting the money towards a tv instead and satellite.

One of my closest friends got me a new Crock Pot. I had two for years, but through various moves over the last few years, they seem to have disappeared. I immediately started to do a mental inventory of my freezer to see what I could cook in it. I can't wait to have my son take it downstairs (since I can't carry anything with the crutches) and put it to use! I also got some very yummy baked goods from my "other" son's girlfriend's mom, who is a baker at a Jewish bakery in NYC. I limit myself to one treat a day but boy are they good!

On December 1st my pregnant daughter's blood pressure was far too high, edema throughout her body and pouring protien into her urine. Emergency labor induction, the doctors weren't sure if either would live but her bp was too high to risk surgery. On December 2nd my daughter was alive with no ill effects and my 3lb 8 oz grandson was breathing on his own and nursing. On December 22nd the hospital declared him well enough to go home. My daughter's life! My grandson's life! That's what I got for Christmas. Everything else pales.

K gave me gift certificates for myself and my children to Dillard's. I had talked about shopping WITH them. So thoughful. I got Him an autographed baseball, 2 signatures in the sweet spots. He loves the Houston Astros.

I got the freakin Magic Bullet!! Which I have been wanting for like 3 years! It's AWESOME, I can make guacamole and grate cheese and smoothies!!! Seriously, try to watch that infomercial and then not want one.[8D]

I got my adopted parents gloves, gardening supplies and a patch at a local vineyard (they just moved to South Africa). I got my brother Frankie Boyle on DVD and a couple of Christopher Brookmyre books. I got my housemate a Kinder egg full of illicit substances, and together we bought a Wii for the house. I made the housemate's girlfriend a batch of fancy vegan green tea cupcakes and rosewater biscotti. Two other friends got a book of Gogol short stories and a Haneke DVD box set. In return I got the money for half the Wii from my parents, the same DVD back from my brother, sparkly vodka from the housemate, vegan chocolate from his girlfriend, batman girl boxers and a Richard Dawkins book from the friends.
