Bottom line is this folks, do what I have done. If an honorably discharged vet applies for a position and you need someone. Even if it's the Coast Guard...... HIRE EM

btw folks, I'm NOT denigrating the coasties. They have a motto when someone is in trouble at sea "Going out is mandatory, coming back is optional". It doesn't get much more graphic than that.
