I've tried to download java for chat applet and I get the message: Not authorized to view this page. So I can't download even after let down FW. Other problem is, I can't see my profile and I can't get TO the help to fix it, because of ad zone thing? Other than that, Hi everybody! As soon as I can get this working, I can talk and mingle with you.

Hello? Is there anybody here at the controls? I can't access anything! This is really user unfriendly software! I can't do anything. I'm pretty frustrated and disgusted trying to reach anyone, and there's no help at all, and no one to ask anything to, and nothing is explained! I could absolutely scream!!!

I see your profile. As to getting a reply back from support... it takes a few days. As to chat... can't help you with that one. I refuse to use the chat room feature or the user to user chat system. Welcome to the boards.

Hello there. I tried experimenting with the chat and it just locked up my browser. I've got some pretty up to date software too so it's not likely a problem on my end unless it's because I'm on a dial up internet connection. Who knows.

Its frustrating when Java doesn't work right. You might want to connect via the mIRC program. It will allow you to connect to the entire world of the Internet Relay Circuit and its a well known bug-free piece of software. http://www.mirc.com/ After you download and install it, just start it up. You will have to pick a server and it will give you a list, however not all servers are listed. Collarme is not listed so you need to add it: collarme.com After you connect to the collarme.com server you will need to pick a channel. Type /list then press the enter key. You will get a list of all the active chat channels at Collarme. Just double click on the one you want to join in on. And have fun. [:)]

The chat utility does not work well here. You should try another type of chat....yahoo, IRC, etc.
