Hi there, I'm looking for 12 things one can do in an afternoon/evening that are healthy and good for you. I did some exercise, had a nice breakfast, a special coffee I like, so there's 3, and I plan on giving myself a facial, doing my nails, taking a long bath, a body scrub, watching a movie, knitting and doing some reading and having a healthy dinner. Any more suggestions for a few more feel good things? Thank you!
