Usually I bake apple fritters, but it's such a mess that I might not bother and just buy a few. Although nothing is nicer than home made. Hmmmm well, maybe...

A quiet night in. Just the 2 of us. All our Christmas plans went out of the window when I was taken into hospital on Christmas Eve. So we will probably have our delayed Christmas dinner on NY eve with a bottle of champagne at midnight watching the local fireworks.

Unfortunately my New Year's will probably be spend in a truckstop somewhere, parked safe & sound away from those who partied a little too much at midnight, instead of at home by myself watching the ball fall...hmmm, I guess either way I look at it, I'll be spending it alone somewhere in the midwest????

I cancelled my plans as I'm still recovering from illness.. I have plans to meet everyone in the New Year.. I'm working on footage for my film (so I won't have to do it later) and basically trying to get myself back in shape..

I have to work today but G.D. doesn't. He is going to clean house and go grocery shopping, take care of all of my animals and cook up a seafood feast tonight. I will probably fall asleep on the sofa long before 12a.m.

First and foremost losing my carkeys. Then if I survive that I will do battle with the booze and beer, and anything else people drag in here. Oh, and lots of loud music. The cops will be too busy to bother me :-) As soon as I wake up (the rest of the way) the amplifier fan will be on high for the rest of the year. Perhaps that sounds a bit damped, but I will not wake up in jail. Twenty years ago I didn't care. T

Taking my girl out for a while, then moving the party to her house. Not that kinda party you pervs...well, not until the kids are in bed and most of the guests are gone, anyhow. She has to work at 10am [&:]
