On behalf of the Aussies in the Cairns area in Far North Queelsland lass THANK YOU .. We have been monitoring the situation to see what we can do to help and because i have a fewfriends upthere. All we can do is to hope that the one which has just been upgraded to level 3 blows itself out before gettig to land.. Larry was 100 km wide with winds touching the 300km speed.. Thankfully it moved to close so the rain didnt cause the devistation andit didn't have time to really do the terrible damage that Tracey which was also level 5 did to Darwin in 1974. The warning is out though for people to watch out for both snakes and salt water crocodiles which are likely to be a tad pissed off by the disturbance.,.
