Isn't the training and conditioning really the domme's job?  Sure, some subs are more into doing domestic chores than others, but with proper motivation and rewards/punishments, almost any slave can be conditioned to love grunt work.  Lady Misato's Real Women Don't Do Housework site is a fantastic resource.

I am a dominant woman. If my personality, my charm, my sense of humor, what I stand for, and the way I am around submissives is not good enough for anyone, that's perfectly fine. I will not compromise my standards and morals to get something half assed.

Before we were an 'item' Tink did things for me, drove three hours one way to visit me on weekends, was always willing to lend a hand even if it meant personal or financial expense to him. If he can come over and help me clean the kitchen or bathroom (I actually remember him coming over to specifically clean my bedroom for me) without EVER once asking for anything in return except my companionship, my sense of humor, who I AM, then there is someone else like that out there.

If I never find that person, that's fine, but I'd like to.

Maybe I should look for religious Eagle Scouts lol The ones I've met (I've met more than one) were exactly the type to always be willing to help out another person without anything in return besides the satisfaction of a job well done.

Is there some reason why you can't/don't clean your own house? Just curious.....

From the follow up, SomethingCatchy, that's a bit why of the reason that I thought My answer wouldn't apply to you.  If the protocol in exchange for the services would be a drag for you, it's hard for Me to compare our situations.  I tend to think that you're looking for a companion who also happens to like doing chores.  Since My experiences are based on something vastly different, I'm not sure they would apply here.

The times I've had service scenarios, it's more often been with folks who were just getting into the lifestyle and were interested in getting involved in the leather part of all of this.  The only two that made it to the 'come clean the house' bit (because I have very strict rules about who comes to My house) were pet and clip.  The other exchange for service was a bit different and probably wouldn't fit here.

I do, every Sunday, and what I want isn't all about chores.

The idea to create a profile specifically to attract a service submissive might help. In a list of usernames, one that appeals to someone because it is descriptive of what that person is seeking is catchy ;-) In a general profile, indicating domestic service or houseboy as an interest in the body of text (so it shows up in text searches) could also help.

I think the Service versus Favors thread linked on page 1 has an excellent discussion about practical service submission.

Here are two questions that might help with this thought process: (1) Why did your primary do the acts of service you describe? (2) What would be the motivation or reason of the service submissive you seek to provide this service?

Cheers,

Sea
