Oak. Oak flooring, real oak, not the B.S. 1/32" laminate you get at home depot. Finished drywall walls, painted in warm colors. The occasional mirror on the wall, framed in matte black. A minifridge for ice and water, in brushed steel, inside of a built in cabinet containing a warming rack for towels, more towels and water for clean up, and a set of drawers for all the rope, shackles, candles, and other brick-a-brack. Hooks in a ceiling built with suspension in mind. Indirect lighting, as well as pot lights spotlinghting the various bits of funiture, with each light controlled indiviually. Let there be a St. Andrew's cross padded in upholestry satin or velvet. Let the bench be made of hardwood. Let there be a "chair and a half," overstuffed and perfect for aftercare cuddling. Let the bed be four poster, and give it overstuffed pillows. Have all the wood finished in the way that may only be achieved with wax, tung oil, and a lot of hand polishing. Have all metal be polished to a high shine. Yes, I HAVE given some thought to this, how can you tell?
