There is an excellent article about meeting women.  It was written by Stephann.  You can find it by doing a "search".  There is a button on the upper right hand corner of this screen.  That will tell you pretty much what you need to know. 

I would hope that you will stick around, read a lot, post appropriately, and get to know people.  You also would want to meet people in real life.  Go to a munch.

Your profile is one line. I doubt that announcing you wish to learn more to fulfill your fantasies is going to get you too far. You wish for dominant and submissive women which is fine... but when you add the profile with little but a list of kink type interest and mention you only wish to learn to fulfill fantasies... you are looking like someone looking for kinky sex and just that.

You just narrowed the playing field to a low percentage.

Try adding more to your profile. Try reading the boards and getting a feel for different things and how people look at things or what they do. Jumping into an ocean and not knowing about waves or how to swim can be risky. Learn a bit before you try to get that playtime. It will serve you well. Make yourself someone that another would like to play with... becasue at this point, you are looking like a majority of other males, just wanting to get off.

There are lots of ways to increase your knowledge about service and submission, that may help you in finding a partner. The local community college is a good resource, for example. Cooking, various shop classes, dance, yoga, massage, etc. are all valuable skills. Finding another submissive who is willing to mentor you and answer questions on a non-sexual basis may also help. Most Dommes here are looking for a LTR with a submissive man, or possibly a playpartner, not someone to randomly educate/lecture to. Even if you did get "trained" by one, your next partner might want something completely different, so being open to feedback is always a plus.
