You get your own pancakes and i ain't a b****. Prefers thin crepes, waffles, & german pancakes to those horrible fat, bad tasting regular pancakes. Tip: I put some vanilla bean in mine or vanilla extract (the real kind) takes that nasty taste away from em!

My homemade secret recipe pancakes are almost an inch thick - and not "light and fluffy", just goooood. My daughter's friends actually argue about staying the night at our house instead of theirs so they get to have my pancakes in the morning. [;)] Jeffff, you wouldn't need all that butter.

fuck you. I started a 14 day detox this morning. Nothing but water with lemon, maple syrup and cayenne for the next two weeks.

Be careful with that, Aileen - as a yoga teacher i've seen many people do that particular detox, and some get into trouble with it.....your body can go downhill quickly. Have you done it before? Edited to add: Jeffff, for some reason now that i'm the pancake lady i can't get that "Muffin Man" song out of my head now. Thanks, i think....[:D]

I detox every January. I haven't done this particular one, but I'm aware of all the side effects one can have.
