ORIGINAL: marshalp But again the question remains, Just because i am in the minority here (male-sub) do i have to relax my standards. what does the other side think??? The self-doubting person in me asks, "Does it make me less submissive???" Please add something i have not addressed. regards, Marshal. Marshal - If you want to find someone with long-term compatibility, do NOT relax your standards and listen to your gut instinct. Both people in the relationship, create the relationship. If someone is leading in a direction you don't want to go, don't follow. Simple. "less submissive" - No. Not a good fit, probably. (The *fit* goes both ways, and just because there isn't one, doesn't mean anyone is *bad/wrong/less*). The search can be long and arduous, but when you hit the jackpot, it's soooooooooooo worth it! Be prepared to kiss a lot of toads, hold onto your integrity, and don't be lead by your little head. Good luck, Marshal, I believe you have received advice and suggestions very similar to what SthrnCom4t just gave you. It is an official pattern for the good of you and your convictions. Best wishes, Lady Challene
