Terrific question!  As one of Comanche descent and being born here I would welcome you as a "Native American"... a term recently becoming popular and politically correct. You're just as native as I am

My biggest complaint is Health insurance! If your not healthy with good credit they deny you.....Clue if you can't afford to go to the Doctors how will you stay healthy?? Hospitols and doctors treat those with no health insurance like they don't matter. Example my nephew is 13yrs old. He came to visit me over Xmas break. He got very sick with pnemonia. I took him to a local doctors office near wher I live in Orlando FL. They wanted $125 just for the appointment! If he needed say a breathing treatment, asprin, xray, it would be another $75 each and Xrays were $150 .They wanted the money right then and there. They wouldn't even do half now half later. For me it isn't a issue because I have insurance but he didn't and my jaw hit the floor. I took him to the emergency room instead by this point he was so ill he could barely walk. I got there and they were ready to take him right in because he sounded like he wasn't getting any air . We got into the room and they said they needed to give him a breathing treatment and take xrays before they decided what to do with him.A nurse came in and asked me for his insurance info and I told her he didn't have any.An hour later they gave him 2 asprin and a breathing treatment and a perscription for amoxil(penicillian) and sent him home. They didn't even Xray him.He had a fever and all. I was so disgusted.Needles to say it is rediculous what one must go through to get insurance and the ones who don't have get to suffer!BTW the bill for his visit to the ER was $2009! My co worker was turned down for insurance when she was pregnant, they said it was because she was a risk. She had asthma real bad when she was a teen.It is just disturbing.....Sorry for the ramble lol touchy subject for me.
