In the beginning phases of a d/s relationship the word “limits” often comes up usually in that she states her limits, which to me affects the authority dynamic from the git go.

I prefer getting to know her and her basic needs then granting her limits I will uphold, that establishes my authority from the start.

That was the worst piece of creative writing I have ever read. The plot was thin, the characters undeveloped, the climax wasn't bad but the ending leaves too many unaswered questions.

I had concerns at best in the beginning, but never limits as such. Those concerns faded in the face of his unwaivering care, protection, and respect for me. Really, there became no choice but to let go completely, safe in the knowledge that he was in control and would help me through anything he required.

I have to agree with Marc though, either wrong section or the worst piece of prose ever! LOL
