The problem with such warnings is misuse. If everyone had just be honest and only put pepole who where actually dangerous or lying bastards on it, then it would serve a purpose. As it is, far to many would just use such a option to try to get back at pepole they are angry at or which they felt had unacceptable kinks or who just did not work out.
I remember once when a lady wrote me and called me a liar, said I had two profiles. I asked her if she meant that I had chanced account a few times, as I have when my life have changed enough that I want a new nick. She said no I had two profiles at once. The other one claiming to be searching for a master, perfect body and so on. I told her that she was mistaken, but it was no moving her. Because the other profile used the same colors as mine in the writing, and the person was from the same city as me ans therefore made some of the same spelling errors when writhing English, this lady was convinced I had another profile. There is far to much paranoia and mis information like that on this forum for a black listing tread or whatever to be useful.
Fact is pepole tend to get to dislike one another, and many are not adults enough to not use every tool available to get back at someone. A list of warnings sounds good on paper, but would never work in practice.
